You will need the following ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- Course salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Ingredients make enough marinade for one serving. Multiply ingredients as necessary. The most important step in preparing steak is to pour the ingredients into a gallon sized storage bag with the thawed meat and leave it in the refrigerator at least overnight.
