Learning how to cook eggs is really very easy. Our family likes giant omelets on a Sunday morning. Here is a recipe that my family loves and by adding different ingredients you can make delicious egg meals.
Chop ½ small onion, ¼ zucchini, and 4-5 mushrooms and sauté in olive oil. Wisk 3 eggs in a small bowl with ½ cup milk. Pour into skillet with vegetables and cook at medium heat for approximately 3-4 minutes. Next, grate the Monterey Jack cheese on top of the eggs and let it melt. When cooked thoroughly, fold over and slide out onto plate and top with salsa.
Eggs are so versatile and so good for you. One egg is approximately 70 calories and they have micro units of almost every nutrient that a human body needs. Any way you cook eggs is a good way because the FDA has determined that there is no maximum to your egg consumption. Enjoy!
