You will need the following ingredients:
- 6 ounces spaghetti noodles
- 3 to 5 ounces pancetta
- 3-4 egg yolks
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbls olive oil
- 2 tbls butter
- 4 tbls single cream
- Black pepper and salt

Start by heating the water for the pasta, and in the mean time, you can make the sauce. You should choose the medium heat, add olive oil and butter in pan, and then cook the Pancetta in it until golden brown. In the mixing bowl, beat the eggs, Parmesan, single cream, add salt and pepper. When spaghetti noodles are done, pour them into the pan with Pancetta, and add the creamy mixture. Reduce the heat, and stir until spaghetti noodles are well coated.

This is very popular and tasty dish usually used as a first plate in Italy. However, there might be some variations of the recipe, especially when it comes to cream that is preferred in the USA, but not that much in Italy.
